Privacy policy

The data controller is Richard Povýšil, IČO 50202430, 900 25 Chorvátsky Grob. For anything related to personal data, write to ahoj@boostni.sk. We haven't appointed a data protection officer, as we're not required to.

When you write to us through the form, we process your name, email, company, video type, budget and message. We need them to reply and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If we don't end up working together, we delete your message within 12 months at the latest. If we do, we keep the data for the duration of the project and then as long as accounting and tax rules require.

From time to time we email companies ourselves. We only use business contacts the company has published (website, business register, business directories), and we write one by one, not in bulk. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering a service that can genuinely help the company (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep the company name, the contact, where we found it and whether we've been in touch. If you don't respond, we delete the contact within 6 months. If you reply that you're not interested, we delete it right away and won't write again.

Essential cookies keep the site running and remember your choice in the cookie banner. Analytics only switch on with your consent, which you can change any time via Cookie settings in the footer.

We don't sell data. Only the services the site and email can't run without have access: the website host, the email provider and, if you consent, an analytics tool. If any of them processes data outside the EU, it's done under EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

You have the right to access, correct, erase and port your data and to restrict its processing. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time; for outreach emails, just reply. You can withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time.
